Contact our office and schedule a consultation. Already have an eye care provider? Talk to them about a referral to Dr. Welch!

General Check Up

Dr. Welch will spend time in your initial consultation to complete a full exam prior to scheduling any procedures. Have questions for Dr. Welch? Bring them to your consultation.

Diagnose & Schedule

After your consultation, Dr. Welch will provide the appropriate diagnosis. If there any recommended procedures they can be scheduled to take place.
